Samantha Lehto is a Research Assistant at the Center for Automotive Research. She assisted on several studies including the initial PALE study, “Beyond the Big Leave.” Ms. Lehto works closely with the Automotive Communities Program at CAR and has researched local and state demographics, tax incentives and industry data for communities in the heart of the automotive sector. She also was an author on the Benefit Cost Analysis for a Vehicle Information Integration System prepared by CAR

Ms. Lehto is a recent graduate from the University of Michigan with a bachelors degree in Economics.
